Hydrogen: consumer

To prove the origin of hydrogen delivered to and consumed by a consumer at a measurement point, a hydrogen guarantee of origin is used. For this purpose, a user in the trader role performs the cancellation of the hydrogen guarantee of origin in the electronic database of guarantees of origin.

A hydrogen guarantee of origin can only be canceled to prove the origin of hydrogen consumed in Estonia at a measurement point. When canceling a guarantee of origin, the trader must indicate the consumer for whom the origin of the hydrogen consumed at the measurement point is being verified.

The origin of the consumed hydrogen can be proven with hydrogen guarantees of origin against actual hydrogen consumption at the measurement point. It is only possible to prove the origin of hydrogen consumed in the previous calendar month.
