Authorisation and user roles

You can log in to the Renewable Energy Information System using an ID card, Smart-ID, or Mobile-ID.

If a legal entity has specific representation rights entered in the Commercial Register, access can currently be granted by sending a digitally signed free-form application to tugi@elextra.ee for adding an authorised user. The application must indicate who grants the authorisation to whom, for what purpose, and for which period.

Producers and traders registered in the Renewable Energy Information System may, if they wish, authorise other natural persons or, in certain cases, legal persons to carry out certain activities on their behalf or to access data.

Authorised users can be managed by producers and traders (in the case of natural persons, by themselves, and in the case of legal persons, by a member of the management board*) as well as by authorised users who have been granted the “Authorisation Manager” role/authorisation in Renewable Energy Information System, by clicking on the producer’s name in the top right corner of the page -> selecting “My Data” -> “Authorised Users”.

*If specific representation rights have been entered in the Commercial Register, access can be granted by submitting a signed free-form application to add an authorised user to Renewable Energy Information System. The application must specify who grants the authorisation to whom, for what purpose, and for which period.
